Helicopter Tour Cancellations

For cancellations or rescheduling of tours, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. If you reschedule within less than 24 hours notice, there will be a rescheduling fee of $50.00 per passenger. Cancellation is not allowed within 24 hours. Note that flights cannot be rescheduled within an hour of the check-in time. In the event of tour cancellation due to weather or other circumstances, you will either receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Contact us via phone or email as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.

Please note that the duration of tours may vary depending on flight routing and weather conditions, and we reserve the right to modify the flight paths without prior notice. During Yankee home games, the flight routes will be altered. Additionally, we require a minimum of 4 passengers per flight, and metal detectors will be used.

Please be aware that our prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse to board or upgrade passengers at any time.
